guess you've heard of a woman losing her benefits while on a long term sick leave because of her having fun that was posted in facebook. what's your take on this?

What benefits from your job do you like the most?

In my current job, my employer is so generous. Not only in terms of money but in benefits. Our hospital benefits are superb. We also have birthday perks. We have more than 3 months bonuses. How about yours?
