Yeah Im an animator and I just bought a new computer hoping it would help me with work, so its specs is core i7, then I just learned just now that there is an intel "xeon" so I was wondering can someone tell me what this processor...

What is the diffence between Xeon Quad Core and just a regular Quad Core processor like Intel Q6600? I know Xeon is for servers and such , but what kind of difference does that make. Does that mean Xeon is more reliable?...

Is the New Apple 8-core Xeon worth it?

I've read the reviews for the new Apple Desktop, they seem promising. However, I want to know how this platform compares to other processor setups, and it it's really worth the money to get it.
