Trouble going to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night

Does anyone else have a hard time going back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night? Sometime the dogs wake me, or I get up to use the bathroom or grab a drink of water, and I lay in bed trying to fall asleep but...

It is 11:45pm already here in Naija!. My eldest son is at my mums for the holiday...( I took him there yesterday).. He loves visiting my parents... My little boy is sleeping soundly.. Shhhh ?? !.. Softly, or you'll wake him...

Sleep is essential part of our lives..Our bodies collapse with fatigue unless we sleep enough hours every day. If i may ask you guys, how much sleep is enough?
