when you're sleeping.....

I know this is quite a silly question I'm about to ask, hehehe. Anyways, while you're sleeping, do you know what you are doing at that moment(aside from sleeping)? or are you aware of your movements while sleeping?

Does it make you tired the whole day. I feel like goingback to bed now. And everyone else is getting up. Including my daughter. No more sleeping now.
