Real Alabama Cake

Wilton Course 2 Cake

This cake was done in my second Wilton course. The basketweave was quite a challenge. The flowers are all royal icing and the birds are colorflow.

Birthday Cake

I did this cake for a friend's birthday. It was a white cake with buttercream icing and filling. There are about 3 dozen royal icing lillies on top. She was ecstatic when she saw the cake, so I guess I did a pretty good job.
