Good morning!
8:50 a.m. by my computer clock. I had trouble getting to sleep last night--and around 11 p.m. got up and took a Melatonin.
Today I woke up feeling sore all over. I'm hoping that walks today will help that....

The forecast was for 5-8 inches starting yesterday. But it kept getting pushed back hours at a time. That isn't unusual for our area. Often it gets pushed back enough where we never get anything.
We got a dusting of snow early...

Whoo--in 10 days I'll be 55. When I was growing up and it was my birthday, Mom always used to say--"You won't be (whatever age I was going to be) until 5 o clock (p.m.)." I had to get a copy of my birth certificate for...

It's 7:28 a.m. by my computer clock, and I need to get breakfast and coffee.
I haven't gotten very good steps since I got off work for the summer, but yesterday I think I did okay. When I'm not working, over 2000 is satisfying...

One of the few things in my life still remain over this month is that I kept sleeping late. Usually happens when ever I forgot something and had to wake right in the middle of the night.
I've heard about the earth quake that...

I’ve watched several clips of the meeting between our President and the Ukrainian leader, and it's clear what happened. Trump felt disrespected by Zelensky and told him to leave and come back when he could show some respect for...

It's a rainy Saturday, February first.
I want to make a phone call today, and I'll see whether or not the place I need to call is even open Saturdays. Actually, there's an option to do what I need to do on the...

I’m a little late, but not that late… Happy New Year, and hello to 2025!
I don’t think I need to go into this big thing about my goals for the year, as they’re pretty much the same as last year. I want to take better care of...

Yes, that's probably a crow, but I claim lack of sleep for my weirdness, today.
So far, I have 1,663 steps. Don't know if I'll make the goal of 6,000 steps today--I'm guessing not, because I got started so late, but...
