A nice way to cook salmon. I made this dish at home for a diner with my best friends. Chile, my country exports salmon.

A beautiful looking dish and not that hard to make. Salmon is cooked and so are the veggies (except the tomatoes). Strawberry sauce is just strawberries, sugar and a little water. It´s also an appropiate dish for many diets.
