These automated answering systems/services when you call the banks, airlines and other businesses and they ask you to press 1 for English, then instructs you to press another number and another... then you finally hear something ringing on the other end and then tells you, 'we will be with you in a few minutes' and you hear music, ads and offers while waiting for somebody to answer!
