Sunset over the Pacific

Here is a beautiful photo of a sunset I took while visiting the Pacific coast of California in January, 2008. This particular area of the coastline is called Big Sur and is a great way to take in a scenic view of the Pacific ocean and all of its beauty.

Golden Gate Bridge

I shot this photo of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco California while my husband was driving us across it. I was holding my camera ready and I looked up and just snapped away and got this great shot! The Golden Gate Bridge connects San Francisco to Marin County. People are permitted to walk across the bridge on the city-side only.
