Beautiful Red Kale

This is an amazing plant, not only does it look beautiful but yu can use it as salad and greens. It will grow all through winter and isa a great nutritional source. Kale is billed as a anti-carcinogen, that means it could help stop you getting cancer and help you fight it is you have been effected by the illness. Also it is as organic as it can be from my garden, we use our own compost and don't use and chemical fertisers or pest control
