I like fried potatoes. Although not the healthiest food in the world, fried potatoes are like comfort food for me, I just can't get enough of it.
Here i added some beef olives on top of the fried potatoes and then sprinkled some cheese on them, great for parties, as appetizer and can be eaten as a meal itself.
