how is chinese fried rice different from the very old indian fried rice?

i havnt taken the chinese fried rice, though i have a passion for these chinese foodies.. but i am really a lover of the indian fried rice.. i have only heard about it .. is it that all the vegetables are semi cooked ..and too...
