I Wish My Computer Came With This Feature!!!

Why is it that I've been hitting Escape (esc) all day, and I'm still HERE? Never mind the escape key, my computer needs an eject button!!! Does anyone know how I'd go about getting on installed on my computer? I need to get out of here!!!!
