This House is always for sale. We bought it in 1996. Currently the taxes per year run us 2,500 per year in 2008. The house beginnings Were built in 1888. It like all older homes is in need of a few more repairs, but in the last 2 years we have added new windows from all the basement windows right down to every window, except the 2 that we put in new in 1997 when we converted a huge porch into a 3rd room, hall and first floor laundry. The property has old horse stables that are now garages. Apparently at one point the fifth garage stall was sold with the property on 9th street, and so now it only has 2 garages that are 2 cars each. The neighbor owns the 5th 1 car garage that is attached. It has a easement where it means that if they paint it and it looks much worse, then they need to paint my sides, or if I paint mine and theirs looks much worse then I must paint theirs to make it stay looking kind of decent.
