| Sudoku_1 | The concept of Sudoku is simple. The game is most frequently a 9x9 grid made up of 3x3 subgrids........... Some cells already contain numbers, known as "givens"........... The goal is to fill in the empty cells, one number in each, so that each column, row, and region contains the numbers 1 through 9 exactly once........... Each number in the solution therefore occurs only once in each of three "directions", hence the "single numbers" implied by the puzzle's title...........
Because Sudoku is logic-based, other puzzles could be created that use the same concept and replace the numbers with other objects, such as colors, letters or shapes........... However, Sudoku is aptly named, because the word Sudoku is a Japanese abbreviation loosely meaning simply Numbers...........
The main key to have to help solve these puzzles is patience and your use of logic skills. It is not just a case of trial and error to get the right result........... Some players are now constructing their own puzzle solving methods and techniques in order to get the result required, and many are now sharing these with other players online...........
To begin the puzzle you may start anywhere, but for many beginners it is easier to concentrate on the top three 3 x 3 grids........... They look at the initial number and then start by using the “1â€Â........... By looking at these small cells you are able to decide where you will possibly put the “1†if not already used but do not forget to stick with the rules of the game........... You also have to take into consideration any 3 x 3 grids that are attached to the grid you are presently looking at...........
This game is very clever, but it can sometimes make you feel as if you are going round in circles........... But by practicing and honing your skills on different puzzles it may help you to understand certain techniques that you can use that work and those that don't........... There are a great number of puzzles that can be solved and people are now starting to time themselves on them, similar in the way people use to time themselves on how fast they could complete a Rubiks cube...........[It should be noted that there is only one valid solution to each puzzle. Well enough talking, you know the basics now, so try it.]

| a real logic puzzel | These kind of logic puzzles are put out in books by publishing companies like DELL. They are from easy to hard to do and very enjoyable. My favourites, in fact, along with Sudoku, which is with numbers.
In Logic puzzels from Dell, each puzzel supplies several facts and through deduction while using a grid that is provided, one must figure out other required information. Great reasoning exercise for the brain!!

| game | A game is a structured activity, usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes also used as an educational tool. Games are generally distinct from work, which is usually carried out for remuneration, and from art, which is more concerned with the expression of ideas. However, the distinction is not clear-cut, and many games are also considered to be work (such as professional players of spectator sports/games) or art (such as jigsaw puzzles or games involving an artistic layout such as Mah-jongg solitaire). | |
