Reba McEntire releases this in 1997, if I remember correctly, but rereleases it on YouTube about a month ago, due to all that is going on in the world today. The song is quickly becoming a timeless classic.
I’m a huge fan of...

This song is in remembrance of Reba’s Dad, and her Mom made an appearance in the video, sadly in March in the midst of the Pandemic she lost her Mother after a battle with cancer.

What a powerful song from Reva, a song with a subject that was taboo at the time.

Once again I choose a Reba song for the Song of the Day. Take that Mountain is a song of spunk, determination and fight, reminding us that we all have a reason to fight.

This song as said as it is, dealt with the very real issue of AIDS at a time when it was still taboo to talk about and certainly to sing about! The song though holds so much power!
