Many reasons to use Turmeric.

Some drink it as a tea, I like to add it in foods - I think it relieves many pains and diseases.. One idea is to use turmeric and a pinch of black pepper - I sometimes add also organic vegetable broth and garlic and drink it...

A tight hug of our loved ones keep us feel......

Especially when we are sorrow not in good mood when we get a tight hug from our loved ones we feel something like relief....mean it's a feeling...what do u say? even if we cry with a tight hug and cry off.....what all we feel...
