Nice warm day to do laundry and watch the "Kids" play. Had 6 Squirrels today.
Last night we had the Ribeye steaks, and had quite a bit left over, so Tom took Red Potatoes, Onion, Carrots, and left over Gravy from Friday night....

What's the difference and which do you prefer among these steak cuts?
Personally, I love ribeye steak. It should be done medium rare to preserve the tenderness and the juicy taste.
Ooohhh man. I'm craving for steak.
