French Nun

I took this picture in France during May 2006. My sister and I had just climbed to the top of this castle in a small town between Arromanches and Paris. At the top was a chapel, and inside I found this picture opportunity. The picture is of a nun standing just inside the exit of the chapel. The light from outside comes in just enough to make a silhouette around her, and her bowed head made for a great picture of reverence. She had on her robe of all white, which added to the images mood of holiness. I'm not sure how she didn't see me taking her picture, hahaa, my sister was a little embarrassed because I was being pretty obvious about it, ha.
