Tahu is Tofu, and Gejrot itself comes from the Sundanese language when garlic and shallots are crushed with cayenne pepper mixed with vinegar. So what is Tahu Gejrot, the explanation is on bellow this...

This little fella always beats me down, I end up crying endlessly every time I prepare and chopped them down...how can I beat you down mighty onion? someone help me.... Seriously now, is there a way to prevent us...
