0112500whp if you always do this ,that's you body decided i think , you can ask your doctor for some special method ,or you can do a lot of excercises before go to sleep ,you feel so tired and maybe don't have energy to watch tv and do other things i think .

recently i always cant get into sleep,i dont know what's going on with me.and i wake always earlier than others though they go sleep earlier than me what should i do .?could anybody show me some useful tips ??? thx !!

0112500whp oh i know that drink some honey water will help sleep well ,you can do some exercises befor sleep and go to sleep when you feel tired ,i always do this ,maybe you can have a cup of milk ,it's usefull or you can count number ,one two three four ....just count...
