Vicki, #1 Creek Girl That's funny, we're planning a fish fry tomorrow. We'll cook white perch, fried cornbread, and baked sweet potatoes. Can't wait! We roll our fish in yellow stone ground plain corn meal instead of a batter. It's yummy both ways.
