404 Not Fount @Bluedoll if somebody in China wants to have more than 2 children,I'm sorry,he can't.it's illegal now. how the china makes people not to have too many children? well,depend on coercive measure. if someone break the law, they will be fined and put in the jail....

404 Not Fount @kiran8 I understand that. but actually,according to what i know, if a country has border disputes with us, our policy is that if we can fix it through negotiation,we will do it.otherwise, we will put the disputes in its original place,just leave it alone...
