Before coming across mylot, I have search and searched,I did came across many opportunities ,but they were and are mean't for U S based only.but why are there a always area restrictions like US and uk based only?

need advice on best lawnmower for large garden, garden about quarter acre in size. and very rugged grass about 12 inches tall. ride on is not a option due to no access. any suggestions greatly appreciated. thanks.
