7shotsofwisdom Your debit card must be funded (it must contain at least $2 or its peso equivalent) in order for you to successfully link it with your Paypal account. You also need to make sure that the name on your Mastercard is exactly the same in your Paypal account.

7shotsofwisdom I agree with you, Windows 7 is awesome. For once, Microsoft actually listened to its customers and gave us the kind of OS we want. ^^ I have big hands so I get tired easily when using a netbook. My wife loves it though.
