My brother bought ACER 4320 from Qatar. prob.1. There is switch for bluetooth on/off. When I installed Software for Bluetooth, it says bluetooth device found , installing and installation completed. It shows bluetooth place....

AB_Singh Thank you brother. Actually in warranty period they are responsible only if any parts are not usable or not working. They don't give warranty in software side. AB_Singh
