cold or hot water?

I heard from older people that drinking cold water is bad for the health. Is It true? Do you drink hot or cold water? I usually drink cold water, I mean ice cold water. The only time I drink hot water is when I am sick.

AMRITASONI i think we should use not too much cold or not too much hot water bez that normal water is suitable for the body i think so

Do you mind eating your child's leftovers?

I don't like wasting. However, I don't like eating my child's leftovers anyway. I know some parents don't mind it at all. But somewhat I can't do it yet.

AMRITASONI i think it is a good idea that we should eat the leftover of our child bez we dont know about the mood of the child if the child is in good mod then they eat the food properly and with enjoy but if they are not in good mood then they spoil the food
