ashar123 Congratulations on reaching 100. Aim to reach 500 now as when you reach 500 you"ll have the facility to use copy paste in replying/ starting new discussion. Copy pasting helps out alot as its a kind of shortcut and will give a break to your fingers. Keep up...

I guess a lot of people know that "A healthy body=strong mind. Do you sport and what sport? I train athletics, I like to run, sometimes in the summer I train swimming too. I also like to try every sport that I like.
