To have a healthy, Fit and good life style, what kind of exercise you do or like to do? For me, i love running and biking. But nowadays because of our bad weather i can't do my running exercise. :( I end up playing wii at...

AleenaN I do running, weight lifting, basketball, and dancing just for fun and to stay fit. I also like biking but I haven't done that in a while because I need a new bike aha.
