What's the best advice you can give to those who experience a quarter life crisis? I think most of the 20s having this issue.

M.-L. Why are you so certain that the 20s mark a quarter of your life? You don't know how long your life will be. So, it is silly to ponder too much and roll in your misery. Instead, you should start to live and enjoy life! Btw, I didn't have a crisis in my 20s....
