How have you handled your anxiety?

Hey everyone. if you ever had or still have anxiety, how would you handle it? its always good to talk about whats on our mind and its also nice to hear ideas and advicesis from others! :)

Tato i tend to do that was well. i mostly listen to music a lot to block my thoughts away. if that makes sense haha.

Tato oh sound like fun! :) we might go out to a bar where they have special events for halloween. not sure yet.
