Almateea I could never live without spices. They add flavor not only to food, but to life. I don't use them only for cooking, but also in beauty recipes. I love the smell of cinnamon in my hair, for example. I love to have as many spices as I can.

Almateea I think that discipline and the balance are the keys to a healthy living. It is unhealthy to obsess over this issue. It is easier to find your inner balance and just go with the instinct. Use the self imposed discipline to get rid of bad habits.
