Almateea The best teachers I had were not the strict ones, but the ones that won our respect. We worked harder just because we respect those people too much not to do so. We wanted them to appreciate us and we did our best in order not to let them down. No strict...

Almateea I could never live without spices. They add flavor not only to food, but to life. I don't use them only for cooking, but also in beauty recipes. I love the smell of cinnamon in my hair, for example. I love to have as many spices as I can.

Almateea I think that discipline and the balance are the keys to a healthy living. It is unhealthy to obsess over this issue. It is easier to find your inner balance and just go with the instinct. Use the self imposed discipline to get rid of bad habits.
