kjones505 I like to exercise with music on the treadmill. Sometimes I take my bike to nearby trails and ride around for 3-4 hours. I enjoy walking as well.

hardworkinggurl I like to exercise later in the day as it helps to release the daily stress activities. I have a stationary bike that I use while sitting in front of the TV.. I am always surprised on how fast time goes after my exercise and show is over.

Phaedra_Scythe I've always admired dreadlocks. It takes courage and it must be freeing in a way. I think they look so cute on girls. I never had the guts to do it myself though. I didn't want to have to cut all my hair off when I decided I'd had enough of them.
