Bluedoll I liked the previous style too. I also like this style because it has advantages as well. Some people you miss though which is more important than computer code.

How do you get motivated to exercise and eat right?

AshleyHasan @AshleyHasan (1024) • India 26 Jul 08

I normally start a diet for a day and end up breaking it the next. And I'm just not motivated to get up and exercise.I've also tried rewarding myself, but nothing seems to work. I also have a problem with eating one thing bad for...

mommyboo Yes! Forget the traditional idea of a DIET. What you need to focus on is eating better. Not perfectly, not sticking to a 'diet', simply eating better. For a week, set a few goals such as drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, making sure you eat 4-6 small...

karagala I cannot really say that I'm good in dieting and exercising. It takes discipline. My way of doing it is doing treadmills every morning while watching the TV's morning news. If I'm late for the news, I'd look for some VCDs or DVDs in my father's drawer and play...

Munhozmib Hello, AshleyHasan. There is no way to know who rated your comments/discussions negatively. That is a way to keep people's privacy. After all, people have the right to rate your comments accordingly to their opinion. If somebody thinks that what you posted...

echomonster I think it's best not to obsess over your ratings. It's a nice thing to have and sometimes it can indicate whether a user posts useful things or not so useful, but the fact is some people will just rate you down based on the content of your argument rather...

anniepa Unfortunately, as it stands now there is no way for us to know who has given us negative ratings but as you're here longer you'll start to be able to at least guess who it may have been and why, although you won't be able to prove it. If everyone followed the...
