Boki @Abdul61010 You probably do not have enough money on the credit card, so you add some money to your bank account in order to buy service there. I think that is a reason.

Boki @Asylum, yes I agree with your statement. I have been using it for approximately two years, and I used some other online payment processors before it. The Payoneer credit card may be a quite good replacement for those who are not eligible for PayPal.
