Is gas goin down in your part of the world? Gas here is now down to $2.35 a gallon. Was told it could go as low as $2.00 a gallon....

BWFC2500 In Brisbane, Australia petrol got as high as A$1.40 and is now down to A$1.10/litre which is about A$4.50/gallon. I converted my car to LPG which is much cheaper. My fuel costs/km are less than half of what it was on petrol (gasoline in your speak)

being the purchaser of a suite on the "collegepark" project(1 bedroom+den) i would like to know the presumed amount of money i can get while renting such a unit.thank you.

BWFC2500 In Australia you would expect a rent of 6% to 7.5% (negotiable and determined by position,locality,etc.)
