pumpkinjam @Barongo yes, I agree that it shouldn't be based solely on age. With my own children, there are things one did at a certain age that I wouldn't dream of letting another do at the same age. But age is a good starting point, I think.

Arunima Singh @Barongo Both. And in a very open accepting environment where there is no prejudice. Both home and school have to be hand in hand. Providing contraceptive is not required. But yes, education about safe sex is must.
