Yeah, I'm about hitting the sack and I need to do my normal routine before sleeping. Taking a glass of cold orange juice it helps me sleep better. What last thing do you do before sleeping that helps to enhance your sleep?

AmberLynn @Berrygal It's just the way of things, I guess. It doesn't make it right, of course, but I believe this happens in countries that are not democracy's.

We got a lot of social chatting sites like Facebook,twiiter , WhatsApp etc But a lot of us are stuck to Mylot. Why do you prefer to use Mylot than other sites?

We just have to learn daily to keep our selves alert to new information, education, ways of doing things to grow intellectually. Do you stimulate your intellect daily. How do you do it?
