BethersJR You know, mostly they just smile or laugh. I never really get an answer. I'll keep trying though! I'll post pictures when I get back. I put a reminder on my calendar so I WILL do it... it's just when. I'm really exicted. We leave one month from today....

BethersJR You're welcome, carolbee. You might try uninstalling the Lavasoft product and/or Spybot and see if that helps. I use Lavasoft on my machine and have no trouble but like I said earlier, not all things play well together. It could be that one or the other or...

BethersJR I just received a msg from them today that they are shutting down service. I don't use the number except for signing up for things where I don't want to get a lot of sales calls. I like they you could choose the area code you want. Too bad it is going away!...
