Sometimes I think that the Liverpool players must hate to score as Robbie Keane found out yesterday, just as he finds his scoring boots Rafa pulls him off..As Peter Crouch found out once he started to score will he start another...

The rumour is that Rafa Benitez is putting together a deal that could see Emile Heskey return to Liverpool after four years. Heskey was always a work horse and seemed to accept that Micheal Owen to centre stage. ..So could he...

ram_cv The utility of Emile Heskey is visible to everyone in the England setup. I suspect Rafa signed Keane in a similar utility role, but Keano has not shown that same level that Heskey is putting in these days. I think he can be ideal for Torres as he would...

Steven Gerrard tonight scored the opener and linked up with Rooney for Englands third goal against Belarus. A good game for Gerrard in a free roaming left sided role . Hopefully this will silence the critics...... . ....

Sephrox Do you know what really ruins Lampard + Gerrard partnership? The plain 4-4-2 england formation! When both of them play as center midifielders, one of them have to stay waaaaay behind. In this case the man that most of the time stays behind is Gerrard. We all...

corleone82 Yeah, hopefully this will silent the critics. He's a good player but until now there have been a problem for him to find a suitable position in England team. During the past years, his combination with Lampard is never working. But now Capello choose to pair...

Sephrox That was really remarkable. It was my birthday gift! :) Did you already noticed that when things are hard for Liverpool, Kuyt always scores a goal? People criticize him a lot here, but in the important matches he always shine.
