Do you eat even when you are not hungry?

Quite often we tend to eat even when we are not hungry. That really is bad for us and that is when we put on weight. If we can curb the tendency to eat without really being hungry, we can be more healthy.

Carmencita7 I had a very hectic schedule so I did not have time to cook or even worse when I could, I stop at a fast food restaurant and eat. Of course I got a lot of weight. A friend suggested to do the Smart for Life cookie diet and I did. The first month I lost 12...
