kharlav Its nice to have SM here in my city also because SM is a nice mall. IT's one of the nicest malls here in the Philippines. I think having SM in a city/place also means that the place is improving.

He said that it was to acknowledge the significance of a barangay, which actually is the what constitute a time. It is some kind of a building block of government in our country. Noynoy will deviate from the custom of taking oath...

jamed28 Oath taking in front of a Supreme Justice is not a custom... It's the LAW. Noynoy was so mad because of the appointment of a new supreme justice, which he should be doing instead of GMA. But it is also in the law that GMA can STILL appoint a Chief Justice....

Many times I encountered moody people, sometimes they make my day gay, but oftentimes it ended up with silence. I hate to say this but I hate people that is moody because sometimes if can't anticipate one's mood you may clash...
