How to deal with pain

How do u personally deal with all the pain of life? Is there a simple answer to this? I'm sure alot of people fill the holes that pain leaves with drugs or booze. But that's not really healthy. Any thoughts?

I mean this is rediculous, people these days find it embarrassing to be a virgin at the age of 17 and he hasn't even gotten his first kiss yet, it's painful to see him get all excited when a girl agreed to text him, but they hadnt...

My sister just recently got a kitten, and alot of nights my sister cant take care it and puts me In charge. This is the first kitten I have had to take care of and it seems whenever I am not distracting him he is always meowing...
