I really need help,,, everyday i get heavy and bigger... i need some help... what is tge quickest way to lose weight???

Dizzy_Tsots well to lose weight u must first do not eat after 8 pm aviod chocolates some meals with lot of oil.and if u dont have a car that is nice u will walk all the time and u will never have a problem with weights.and aviod computer its dangereous for your health :)
