fixing the receipes

A small group of us are getting together to fix our favorette receipes so that they are healther. I know you can get cook books that have already done this, but we thought it would be fun to do this with old family favorettes....

getting the fat and sugar out

DragonWarWizard And, unfortunately, it's the fat that gives the food the taste, with or without the spices. Without the fat, the food falls flat and is bland.
