Amber If it does not get better, maybe you can see your doctor or a reputable chiropractor. Heat sometimes helps me, or an over the counter anti-inflammatory.

rakski You can put hot compress on your back. It is not only pinched nerve that can cause back pain so be careful. Try to check with your doctor.
