Marie Coyle My children did this when my grandchildren were born. It wasn't as costly as it is now. I looked it up one day, and it's now about $300 per year to store the umbilical cord in the approved medical settings. Ouch.

Marie Coyle He shouldn't be smoking right by your windows anyway. I suppose the apartment rules say not to do that, and the rules aren't enforced by the management. There is something about the way you have described this dude that makes me leary of him. Take good care.

Marie Coyle Yes, it's happened to me, too. Or some things are simply way too coincidental...often I think telepathy and premonitions can get mixed somehow. I do get some premonitions of certain things at times.

Marie Coyle Not just office furniture, but all furniture. I see couches ''on sale'' for several thousand dollars and it still amazes me--often, they aren't leather, either. I take care of what I have as good as I am able to do, and use my furniture as long as it lasts.
