Ness N I second a tablespoon of honey, it can do wonders. But I also suggest a cup of warm milk with ginger and some honey to sweeten it. It can also help you sleep! hope you feel better soon

Ness N Happy November 1st to you too! I'm a little anxious because this year is moving fast and so is everything else. But excited to see what's to come! I had a productive day, wish there was less traffic though.
