GeorgiaPeachie I'd report it if my neighbor had a large animal like that! They are putting everyone at risk. Could you imagine if that tiger got out and killed someone else? That is just awful!

GeorgiaPeachie I stock up on lean meats when there are sales. We use some frozen foods. I use coupons on things that do have coupons. It is hard but it is an investment in your health.

GeorgiaPeachie Your probably eating things that are high on the glycemic index. Your blood sugar is going up fast and coming down sharply and giving you headaches. Things like white rice, regular pasta, soda, potatoes, high sugar fruits, etc all have high glycemic indexes....

GeorgiaPeachie For drops put them right at the tear duct part and look towards the outside (away). For salve, rub the inside part and look towards your nose so it rubs across. Hope to help!
